So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Abstract:

This study was conducted in order to identify the Coccidia factors that are blunted in the hunting locations captured by hunters. The output samples obtained from the cracks were prepared by the method of zinc sulfate floating and submitted microscopic examination, 38 of the 60 samples examined (63.33) were found to be carried Coccidia oxyst: the output samples were mixed with a 2.5% luke potassium dicromatic solution, placed in separate petri boxes, so that a thin layer would form and left for sporting. At the scope of the sported samples, 9 samples (18.33) of Eimeria caucasica, 15 samples (25.5%) of Eimeria capidi and 14 samples (23.33) of both species were identified as oistlerphs.
