Köroğlu destanı, Türk milletinin ortak kültür mirasını, tarihini ve folklorunu yansıtan bir abidedir. Destanın; ilk tarihî tabakaları Türklerin kültürel ve siyasi birliktelik içinde olduğu dönemlere kadar uzanmakta ve tarihî süreç içinde zenginleşerek epope seviyesine ulaştığı görülmektedir. Köroğlu destanı çok boyutlu tarihî kurgusu, geniş bir coğrafyada kendine has bir anlatı geleneği yaratması, varyant ve versiyon zenginliği gibi vasıflarıyla destan külliyatımız içinde evrensel bir kültür ansiklopedisi seviyesine ulaşmış bir eserdir. Köroğlu rivayetlerinde kahraman Köroğlu’nun karşısında çeşitli etnik gruplara mensup tipler bulunmakta (Arap, Ermeni, Yahudi, Kürt, Gürcü, Lezgi, Frenk, Çin vb.) ve bu etnik gruplarla Türklerin siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel ilişkileri tasvir edilmektedir. Bu sayede Türklerin diğer milletlerle olan tarihî, ekonomik ve sosyolojik bağlarının etkileri ve yansımaları Türk milletinin ortak temayülü ve kolektif bilinçaltının ortak cevabı olarak âşıkların, destancıların ve ravilerin dilinden söze dökülmektedir. Köroğlu destanında yer alan etnik gruplardan bir örnek olarak Ermeni tipi, daha ziyade "kâfir/bezirgân" olarak betimlenmektedir. Destanın Batı versiyonlarında yer alan Ermeni-Köroğlu deyişmesinin arka planında, Ermenilerin haksız yoldan zenginleşmeleri, her iki etnik grup arasındaki din farklılığı vb. sebepler yatmaktadır. Köroğlu ile Ermeni tipi ve destanın Ermeni rivayetleri ile bağı ciddi araştırmalara konu olmalıdır. Bu makalede, H.1256/M.1839 tarihli bir cönkten aldığımız Köroğlu Ermeni deyişmesi Latin harflerine aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca Köroğlu destanındaki Ermeni tipi mevcut metinlerden yola çıkılarak değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Köroğlu is an abbey that reflects the common cultural heritage, history and folklore of the Turkish people. The first historical layers of the castle extend to the periods in which the Turks were in cultural and political unity and in the historical process it appears to be enriched and reached the epope level. The multi-dimensional historical fiction of Köroğlu is a work that has reached the level of a universal cultural encyclopedia in our culture with its qualities such as variants and version wealth, creating a unique narrative tradition in a wide geography. There are different types of ethnic groups (Arab, Armenian, Jewish, Kurdish, Georgian, Lezgi, French, Chinese, etc.). And with these ethnic groups the political, social and cultural relations of the Turks are depicted. Thus, the effects and reflections of the historical, economic and sociological ties of the Turkish people with other nations are expressed in the language of the lovers, deceptors and rabbits as a common response to the common thematic and collective subconsciousness of the Turkish people. As an example of the ethnic groups in the Köroğlu story, the Armenian type is described as "the unbeliever/bezirgân" rather. In the background of the Armenian-Köroğlu speech in the Western versions of the Destan, the unfair wealth of the Armenians, the differences in religion between the two ethnic groups, etc. Causes are down. The connection with the Armenian rivates and the Armenian type and the archaeology should be the subject of serious research. In this article, the word Köroğlu Armenian, which we received from a cönk of H.1256/M.1839, is translated into the Latin letters. In addition, the Armenian type in the Köroğlu story was tried to be assessed from the existing texts.
