Özet:

This study, which aims to investigate the information imbalance in the framework of international initiatives, aims to evaluate the international initiatives for the resolution of the problem in a comprehensive structure and to present some solutions proposals by addressing the developments in the problem-solving point over the past 16 years since the last initiative. Are international initiatives launched in order to solve the imbalance in the information flow successful? And the problem was built on the questions why it has moved from a capitalist point of view, from a country/national level, to a multinational level of companies. The scope of this study, prepared to understand and explain the United Nations (UN) approach to the issue in the context of the imbalanced flow of information and the mechanisms created in the framework of the solution of the problem, constitutes international efforts to eliminate this imbalance rather than information imbalance. The international initiatives carried out in this context are defined as the limitation of work. Qualitative imaging analysis is adopted as the method of study to better understand the above-mentioned initiatives and to make the processes clearer. The results of the study have found that the imbalance has moved from the national/national level to the multinational company level and that the imbalance flow is still ongoing. In the light of these findings, some concrete solutions for the solution of the problem have been presented.

This study aims to address the imbalance within the framework of international initiatives by providing information, both in the processes of international initiatives discussed the problem with a holistic structure for the last 16 years since the last attempt to handle the developments in solution the problem by taking the point seeks to offer some suggestions. The above-mentioned international initiatives on information imbalance have been discussed in this study. The scope of this study, which was prepared to understand and explain the international community's approach to the problem in question and the mechanisms created within the framework of solving the problem, is the efforts to eliminate this imbalance rather than the information imbalance in the context of the unbalanced flow of information. The international initiatives undertaken in this context are the study's limitation. The study method has been qualitative descriptive analysis in order to better understand the aforementioned initiatives and to explain the processes more clearly. As a result of the study, it was determined that the imbalance was transferred from the countries/nations level to the level of multinational companies and it was found that the unbalanced flow is still occuring. In light of these results, several concrete solution ideas to solve the problem have been included.
