Abstract:

Carcinogenesis is the result of multiple interactions between cell internal and noncellular processes, including genom instability, proliferative abnormality, reprogramming, stromal environment and abnormal differentiation, epithelium and mesenicmal conditions. A remarkable feature of inflammation has the ability to activate the majority of the core cell and molecular abilities necessary for the formation of the tumor. Understanding the main mechanical principles of cancer caused by inflammation, it is clear that it is important to follow the progress made in recent research, based on the presence of the cancer-related process, and the current situation should be discussed. For this purpose, this collection aims to provide information about the role of inflammation in the formation, development and progress of cancer, the pathways associated with cancer and inflammation.
