CMT pozitif bulunan 134 inekten alınan toplam 268 süt örneğinin mikrobiyolojik incelemesinde 29 (%10,82) örnekte herhangi bir bakteri üremezken 239 (%89.18) süt örneğinden 66 (%24,63) Staphylococcus aureus, 30 (%11,19) Staphylococcus epidermidis, 20 (%7,46) Staphylococcus haemoliticus, 27 (%10,07) Streptococcus agalactiae, 10 (%3,73) Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 5 (%1,87) Streptococcus uberis, 10 (%3,73) Bacillus spp., 23 (%8,58) Escherichia coli, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter cloacae, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter faecalis, 5 (%1,87) Klebsiella pneumonia, 5 (%1,87) Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 8(%2,99) Diplocococus spp., 10 (%3,73) Candida spp. izole. İzole ve identifiye edilen bakterilere karşı yapılan antibiyogram testindeetkili antibiyotiklerin Cefoperazone-Sulbactam, Cefoxitin ve Ampicillin olduğu belirlendi.
This study aims to isolate and identify the factors that cause subclinical mastitis in cows located in the district of Diyarbakır and identify the antibiotics that are effective on them. A total of 300 cows were tested for mastitis with the California Mastitis Test (CMT). In the microbiological study of a total of 268 milk samples received from 134 CMT positive, 29 (%10,82) of the samples were unable to reproduce any bacteria, while 239 (%89.18) of the milk samples 66 (%24,63) Staphylococcus aureus, 30 (%11,19) Staphylococcus epidermidis, 20 (%7,46) Staphylococcus haemoliticus, 27 (%10,07) Streptococcus agalactiae, 10 (%3,73) Streptococcus dysgalactiae, 5 (%1,87) Streptococcus uberis, 10 (%3,73) Bacillus spp. , 23 (%8,58) Escherichia coli, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter cloacae, 10 (%3,73) Enterobacter faecalis, 5 (%1,87) Klebsiella pneumonia, 5 (%1,87) Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 8(%2,99) Diplocococus spp., 10 (%3,73) Candida spp. Isolated . Antibiotic tests against isolated and identified bacteria found that the antibiotics that were effective were Cefoperazone-Sulbactam, Cefoxitin and Ampicillin.
