Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis’in neden olduğu Bakteriyel Solgunluk Hastalığı ekonomik anlamda domates bitkilerinde önemli ürün kayıplarına neden olmaktadır.
by Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. The bacterial inflammation disease caused by michiganensis economically causes significant product losses in tomato plants. The suppressive effect of microbial fertilizers in the fight against the disease, two desinfectants and a tomato-licensed bakery preparation on tomato plants and the total bacterial flora effect in the green edge have been studied in this study. Among the applications, Bio-Ag, a biological combat product containing 14 different types of antagonist bacteria, has been identified as the most effective application by suppressing the disease by 51.07%. SS-Super Roots and SS-Stomafix applications were also identified as other effective applications, and the disease was suppressed by 35.70% and 35.17% respectively. As a result, it has been determined that microbial fertilizers have the potential to be used in the biological struggle of bacterial pulmonary disease.
Bacterial Wilt Disease caused by Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis results in significant crop losses economically in tomato plants. This study investigated the suppressive effect of microbial fertilizers, two disinfectants, and a licensed copper based compound to control tomato bacterial wilt disease and the effect on the total bacterial flora on tomato leaves. Among the applications, Bio-Ag, a biological control product containing 14 different types of antagonistic bacteria, was determined the most effective treatment by suppressing the disease by 51.07%. Applications of SS-Super Roots and SS-Stomafix were also determined as other effective applications and the disease was suppressed by 35.70% and 35.17%, respectively. As a result, it was determined that microbial fertilizers have the potential to be used in the biological control of Bacterial Wilt Disease.
