Son dönemde işletmelerin rekabet koşullarında yaşanan değişim ve dönüşüm süreci yönetimle birlikte çalışanlar üzerinde de baskı oluşturmaktadır. Rekabet üstünlüğü kazanabilme adına daha etkili ve verimli olma arzusu çalışanları daha çok çalışmaya zorlamaktadır. Çalışanların iç ve dış baskılar sonucunda işkoliğe dönüşmesi tükenmişlik yaşanmasını da tetiklemektedir. Yaşanılan bu gelişmeler neticesinde işkoliklik ve tükenmişlik ilişkisi sıklıkla gündeme gelmektedir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının işkoliklikleri ile tükenmişlik düzeylerinin ilişkisini tespit etmek ve demografik değişkenlerin bunlar üzerindeki etkisini ölçümlemektir. Araştırma evrenini Konya’da faaliyet gösteren bir kamu hastanesinin sağlık çalışanları oluşturmuştur. Toplamda 450 anket dönüş yapmış ancak 51 anket eksiklik nedeniyle analize alınmamıştır. Araştırma örneklemini toplamda 399 çalışan oluşturmuştur. Tanımlayıcı analizler sonrasında güvenirlik testi, açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre işkoliklik ile tükenmişlik arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde ilişki bulunmuştur(.539**). Normallik testi sonrasında yapılan Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi sonuçlarına göre sağlık çalışanlarının cinsiyet haricinde demografik değişkenleri işkoliklik ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini farklılaştırmaktadır.
In recent years, the process of change and transformation in the competitive conditions of the enterprises also creates pressure on employees along with the management. The desire to be more efficient and efficient in order to gain competitive superiority forces employees to work more. Internal and external pressures of workers are also causing exhaust. As a result of these developments, the relationship between occupation and exhaustion is often overwhelmed. The main objective of this study is to identify the relationship between healthcare workers’ occupations and extinction levels and to measure the impact of demographic variables on them. The research universe was formed by health workers of a public hospital operating in Konya. A total of 450 surveys returned but 51 surveys were not analyzed due to a lack of surveys. The study was conducted by 399 employees. After the identifying analyses, the reliability test, the explanatory factor analysis and the correlation analysis were carried out. According to the results of the analysis, there was a meaningful and positive relationship between employment and exhaust (539**). According to the Mann Whitney U test and the Kruskal Wallis test results, demographic variables in healthcare workers except gender differentiate the levels of employment and exhaust.
