Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to detect the contributions of other variables which taken together with the organizational silence and to be guiding to the following studies by examining the researches in Turkey about organizational silence. To reach all of researches, electronic databases such as Google academic search, YOK database, PubMed, EBSCOhost, ISI Web of Knowledge, ProQuest, Science Direct, Scopus were searched. In this way; articles, books, thesis, book chapters and papers have been reached. Criterias are taken into account and finally 49 researches which has these criterias were examined. As a result of the examination; 53% of the researches made the last two years; 45% of researches are master’s thesis; 38% of researches made for the education sector employees. Moreover, it is determined that 18% of researches are taken together with organizational commitment; while the other 18% of them are taken together with leadership styles.
