Geçmişten günümüze bireylerin yaşamlarında önemli rol oynayan yalnızlık ve öznel iyi oluş kavramları bireylerin yaşamlarını olumlu veya olumsuz olarak değerlendirmeleri ile ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bireylerin yaşadıkları bu duygu durumları motivasyonlarını ve verimliliklerini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kahramanmaraş’ta sanayi işletmelerinde çalışanların işyeri yalnızlık duygularının öznel iyi oluşlarına etkisini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu doğrultuda işletmelerde çalışan 310 çalışana online anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada İş Yaşamında Yalnızlık ve Öznel İyi Oluş ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde; tanımlayıcı istatistikler, faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, yalnızlık ve öznel iyi oluş arasında negatif bir ilişkinin olduğu, yalnızlığın öznel iyi oluşu %27 oranında negatif etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır.
The concepts of loneliness and subjective well-being that have played an important role in the lives of individuals from the past to the present arise by the positive or negative assessment of the lives of individuals. These emotional conditions that individuals experience directly affect their motivation and efficiency. The objective of this study is to show the impact of workers in the industrial enterprises in Kahramanmaraş on the subjective well-being of the feelings of loneliness in the workplace. In this context, 310 employees employed in the enterprises were surveyed online. The research has used the scales of loneliness and subjective goodness in the business life. In data analysis; identifying statistics, factor analysis, correlation and regression statistics have been used. The study found that there was a negative relationship between loneliness and subjective well-being, and that loneliness negatively affected the subjective well-being by 27%.
