Together with the university reform carried out after Darülfünun's defeat, the Faculty of Medicine, Science, Literature, Law and Economics was established at the University of Istanbul. In order to fill the vacuum in the new university’s educational staff, a contract was signed between the Turkish government and the German-speaking scientists, meeting with foreign professors who fled from Hitler Germany. The need for scientific works in the libraries was tried to be eliminated by adding materials to the contract, the area where the new alphabet was used in the scientific sense became the university and began the verbal and written translation activities from foreign languages to Turkish. Turkish academics have translated the scientific works of foreign teachers into Turkish. On the other hand, the support of verbal translation provided in the beginning seems to be a step in place, but with time, Turkish students who need translation have brought a number of obstacles with regard to foreign teachers and Turkish teachers who provide this support. It is also a good idea to find out how foreign expatriates are assessed. This is the way that the translators are considered to be ridiculous. This work in the fields of translation and translation history, hoping to contribute to other studies, is among the objectives of enriching the literature concerned.
