The rapid development in technology creates new ways of working. This system, also called the new economy, is dominated by the applications of flexibility in work life and consequent deregulation in the workforce as a result of the Post-Fordist approaches in the production process. Many new concepts, such as part-time work, working from home, and tele-work, which we call flexibility applications, come to the agenda as key points of working life. New ways of working with new technologies bring many problems from physical effects to social problems. In working life, employees, while taking part in the entire production process, had to specialize in certain fields with the effect of developing technology, in other words, they became alienated from their own labor. The alienation that begins here is a process leading up to the alienation of individuals to their own selves. This study aims to reveal the effects of this rapid transformation in technology on working life, working relations and active labor force.
