Araştırmanın amacı, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin mesleki imaj algısının profesyonel tutuma etkisini belirlemektir. Tanımlayıcı tipteki bu araştırmanın örneklemini, Aydın ilinde bir Sağlık Yüksekokulu’nda 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Hemşirelik bölümünde öğrenim gören ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 646 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ile “Hemşirelik İmajı Ölçeği” ve “Öğrenci Hemşirelere Yönelik Profesyonellik Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin, “Hemşirelik İmajı Ölçeği” toplam puan ortalamaları 72.61±7.8, “Öğrenci Hemşirelere Yönelik Profesyonellik Tutum Ölçeği” toplam puan ortalamaları ise 110.92±16.22 bulunmuştur. Hemşirelik imajı ile öğrencilerin profesyonel tutumları arasında anlamlı pozitif fakat zayıf bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir p
The purpose of the research is to determine the impact of the professional attitude of nursing students' professional image perception. The sample of this research of the characteristic type is made by 646 students who studied in the Nursing Department in the 2016-2017 educational year at a High School of Health in the province of Aydin and who accepted to participate in the research. As a data collection tool; the "Personal Information Form" developed by the researchers and the "Nursing Imaging Scale" and the "Student Nursing Attitude Scale" were used. The total scores of students, "Nursing Imaging Scale" were 72.61±7.8, "Student Nursing Attitude Scale" and the total scores were 110.92±16.22. The image of nursing and the student’s professional attitudes have a meaningful positive but weak relationship.
The present research was conducted to determine the effect of professional image perception on professional attitude in nursing students. The sample of this descriptive research consists of 646 students who have agreed to participate in the research and have been trained in Nursing Department in the education years 2016-2017 in the College of Health in Aydın province. Data were collected with “Individual Information Form” which is prepared by researchers via literature and “Nursing Image Scale” and “Professional Attitude Scale for Student Nurses”. Total point average of “Nursing Image Scale” of the students was found as 72.61±7.8 and the total point average of “Profesyonel Professional Attitude Scale for Student Nurses” was 110.92±16.22.
