Sadece demokratik yönetimlere aitmiş gibi gösterilen değerler, farklılaştırılmış coğrafyalara ait özellikler, önemli düşünürler tarafından ortaya atılmış ve neresinden bakılırsa bakılsın her değişim evresinde yeni bir sayfayla taçlandırılan öngörüler, 21. Yüzyılın başında kimsenin gözle göremediği kendinden kristalize bir gerçekle değişmiş durumdadır. Bugün için tecrübe edilmiş olan bu gerçek her medeniyet için eşit sebepler sunmuş hiçbir fark gözetmemiştir. Bütün medeniyetlerin aynı anda ve eş zamanlı, birbiri üzerinde öncül ve ardıl bir ilişki olmaksızın etkilendiği bu sebep Covid-19 olarak bilim insanları tarafından isimlendirilmiştir. Var olmanın ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasi mücadelesi virüsün yaratmış olduğu etkiden tez zamanda kurtulmaktan geçmektedir. Sorumlu aramanın, savaşacak bir cephe tutmanın, karşı koymanın şu an için belirsiz olduğu ve en önemli hamlenin sosyal mesafe olarak kavramsallaştırıldığı bir ortamda tarih yeni bir sonla mı karşı karşıya kalacaktır? İdeolojik söylencelerden uzak, gerçek bir sonla. Medeniyetler çatışmasının altının çizildiği, güçlü ve zayıf olanı meşrulaştıran söylem ve eylemlerin; güçlü ve zayıf ayrımı yapmaksızın her alana kaos ve ölüm götüren Covid-19 karşısında bundan sonra nasıl şekilleneceği değerlendirilmeye muhtaçtır. Bu çalışma Huntington’un medeniyetler çatışması tezini, Covid-19 salgını sonrası şekillenecek ilişkiler üzerinden yeniden okuyan öngörüleri ele almaktadır. Bu öngörüler neticesinde; yaşanacak siyasi değişimlerle birlikte, kalanın insanlığın öz’ü olduğu ve bu özün de değişiklikler karşısında yine insani değerlere verilecek değer üzerinden şekillenmesi gerekliliği sonucuna varılmıştır. Akıl, artık aydınlanmış olarak dünya dengesini yok etmeyecek belirli sabitelerle çalışmak ve üretmek zorundadır. Ayrımcı yaklaşımların doğa için hiçbir anlam taşımadığı, ulusların ve medeniyetlerin siyasi güven noktasında kendilerini sorguya çekecekleri ve fay hatlarının içe dönük oluşabileceği sonuç kısmında varılan değerlendirmeler olarak ifade edilmiştir.
The values that appear to belong only to democratic governments, the characteristics of differentiated geographies, the predictions presented by important thinkers and crowned by a new page in every phase of change. At the beginning of the century, it has changed itself with a crystallized reality that no one can see. This fact, which is experienced for today, has not seen any difference that has offered equal reasons for every civilization. This is why all civilizations are influenced simultaneously and without a prior and subsequent relationship on each other, which is named Covid-19 by scientists. The economic, social and political struggle of existence passes through the thesis of time to get rid of the influence the virus has created. Will history face a new end in a environment in which the search for responsibility, the holding of a front to fight, the opposition is uncertain for the moment, and the most important movement is conceptualized as social distance? Far from the ideological rumors, with a real end. It is necessary to evaluate how the words and actions that legalize the strong and the weak, where the gold of the conflict of civilizations is drawn, and how they will be formed afterwards against the Covid-19, which leads chaos and death to every area without a strong and weak distinction. This study deals with Huntington’s theory of civilizations conflict and the forecasts that re-read through the relationships that will form after the Covid-19 epidemic. As a result of these forecasts, with the political changes that will occur, the rest is the essence of mankind, and this essence must be formed by the value to be given to human values again in the face of changes. The mind must work and produce with certain stages that will no longer destroy the balance of the world as illuminated. It is expressed as the assessments obtained in the result that discriminatory approaches have no meaning for nature, that nations and civilizations will question themselves in the point of political confidence, and that the benefits may form inwardly.

The economic, social, and political struggle not to be wiped out is to remove the impact of the virüs as soon as possible. Will history face a new end in an environment where looking for who is responsible, continuing to fight in the front line, and resisting is uncertain at the moment and the most crucial move has been conceptualized as social distancing? An actual end, away from ideological myths. It is necessary to evaluate how the discourses and actions that underline the clash of civilizations and legitimize the strong and the weak will be shaped right before Covid-19, which brings chaos and death to every field without distinguishing between the strong and the weak. This study examines the predictions that reread Huntington's thesis of the clash of civilizations through the relationships that will be shaped after the Covid- 19 outbreak. As a result of these predictions, it has been concluded that what remains after political changes is the essence of humanity and this essence must be shaped through the value that will be embellished with humanitarian values. From now on, the mind has to work and produce in an enlightened manner under certain constants that will no longer destroy world's balance It is stated as the evaluations obtained in the Conclusion section that discriminating approaches do not mean anything for the nature, that nations and civilizations will question themselves at the moment of political trust, and that fault lines may occur inward.
