Abstract:

The work "Psychology, Existence, Spirituality", written by Erol Göka in 2021, expresses a theoretical construction effort for the correct understanding of the basic concepts, subjects and conflicts of existential philosophy in Muslim culture. The work deals with spirituality, existentialism/existential psychotherapy and its origins in Muslim culture, as well as the psychology of worship. The concept of spirituality, which is one of the popular concepts of recent times, is presented to the reader with a different perspective as a top concept, including existence and psychology. In the context of human ontological reality, the concept of spirituality is discussed on a ground that adds meaning to human life and determines the purpose and ideals of his life. This approach, which relates everything about human beings to spirituality, points to the concept of spirituality as the basic starting point for understanding human within the framework of existence-psychology relationship. In this context, the study covers the analysis of the work "Psychology, Existence, Spirituality".
