In this research, in order to examine whether there is a relationship between attitudes of pre-service preschool teachers toward family involvement and their self-efficacy perceptions and whether there is a difference between the attitudes toward family involvement and self-efficacy perceptions of pre-service preschool teachers according to the universities they are studying; the relational screening model has been used. 75 senior students- 36 participants from Boğaziçi University and 39 participants from Marmara University participated in the study. Data is collected via Scale of Attitude towards Family Involvement for Pre-service Teachers and Preschool Teachers’ Self Efficacy Beliefs Scale. As the results of statistical analysis, attitude towards family involvement is significantly correlated with teaching and learning process, communication skills, family involvement, planning, and design of the learning environments; whereas there is no significant correlation found with classroom management. There is statically significant difference between the attitudes of students from Boğaziçi and Marmara Universities toward family involvement in favor of Boğaziçi University. There is no statically significant difference between the sub-scales of self-efficacy beliefs of students from Boğaziçi and Marmara Universities.
