Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the attitudes of the graduate students of the abortion and nursing department towards information and communication technologies. Method: Cutting-edge type research was carried out between January and December 2016 with students of the University's Faculty of Health Sciences department of nursing and abortion. In the last classes of these two sections, 189 students are actively studying. The study did not go to the sampling method, it was tried to reach all students and 154 (81.4%) students were reached. In data collection, the demographic information form and the scale of attitude towards information and communication technologies have been used. Demographic characteristics have been studied using identifying statistics. The Mann Whitney-U test was used in the Kruskall Wallis analysis in comparison of multiple groups. 86.9% of nursing students have access to the internet, 86% have access to the smartphone, 53.3% have access to the computer and 36.4% have access to the tablet. 91.5 percent of students have smartphone, 53.2 percent have computer, and 27.7 percent have tablet. The scale score in the nursing section is 55.38±16.72, and in the abortion section is 49.11±15.94, and the scale score between the sections is not meaningful (p>0.05). The average score varies significantly depending on the status of having a computer in nursing students, while the average score varies significantly depending on the status of having a computer and a tablet (p<0.05). There is also a negative low-level relationship between the age and the scale of attitude to information and communication technologies (p<0.05). Result: Students can be said to have a low-mediate level score. The average scale score of those who have a computer in the Nursing Department is higher than those who have a computer and a tablet in the Nursing Department. Experimental studies suggest improving their own attitudes to this area.
