Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP), also known as an anaphylactoid purpura, is considered as a hypersensitivity reaction emerges during acute rheumatic fever or acute glomerulonephritis. HSP frequently develops 1-3 weeks after a streptococcal subspecies-induced throat infection. HSP becomes symptomatic in children with an abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, melena, arthralgia, purpuric rash, and hematuria. It is characterized by a systemic leukocytoclastic vasculitis which holds the small vessels of the skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract, and kidneys. We aimed to present a 23-month old male HSP case due to his very young age and onset with elevated liver function tests.
