So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Periferal intrapulmoner lipom: Bir olgu sunumu ve literatürün yeniden gözden geçirilmesi

Lipomlar sık benign tümörlerdir, fakat intratorasik lipomlar nadirdir. Periferal akciğer lipomları ise oldukça nadirdir. Daha önceden literatürde sekiz olgu bildirilmiştir. Biz, 54 yaşındaki kadın hastada sol akciğer periferal alt kısmından köken alan bir lipom olgusunu sunduk. Makroskobik olarak tümöral doku iyi sınırlı, ince kapsüllü, yuvarlak soluk sarı kitleydi. Sol akciğere wedge rezeksiyon yapıldı ve mikroskobik bulgular akciğer lipomu ile uyumluydu. Makalemizde bu nadir neoplazmın makroskobik ve mikroskobik özellikleri, tedavi ve ayırıcı tanısı tartışıldı.
