Bu aşamada girişimci, işletmenin önceki dönem finansal verilerinin yardımıyla, geleceğe yönelik stratejik finansal öngörülerde bulunarak işletmenin sürekliliğine yön verecek finansal planlamalara ihtiyaç duymaktadır.
