Enormous technological interventions in the society facilitates lot of innovative tools to simplify the learning process and encourages self-learning among the individuals. The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of e-learning and digital media resources in employability of management students in Chennai city. The survey was conducted among 130 management students from thirteen higher education institutes which offers MBA programme. The primary data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed through frequency analysis and structural equation modeling approach. The results of the study explored that use of e-learning and digital media resources in management education has significant positive impact in employability of management students in Chennai city.
