The findings of the muscle skeletal system seen in chronic renal insufficiency are derived from the complicated bone metabolism changes described now under the term chronic kidney disease – bone and mineral disorder, as well as the iotrogenic processes related to the treatment of renal replacement. Especially in patients with renal failure in the last period of long period of hemodialysis, muscle and peripheral nervous system stagnation are common. In the presentation of this phenomenon, a chronic hemodial patient was presented with a diagnosis of renal osteodystrophy, dialytic amyloidosis, osteoporosis and urethral neuropathy.
