Yapım firmaları ayakta kalabilmek için proje yönetimi ve planlamasını çok iyi yapmalıdır. Bu yönetim süreci içerisinde disiplinler arası iletişim ve koordinasyon eksikliğinden kaynaklanacak her türlü aksamanın, firma, devlet kurumları ve dolayısıyla milli ekonomi üzerinde olumsuz etki oluşturması kaçınılmazdır. Bu sorunların aşılması için disiplinler arası koordinasyonu kolaylaştıracak teknikler kullanılmalıdır. Bu kapsamda, ülkemizde de kullanımı yaygınlaşmakta olan Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi- YBM (Building Information Modeling- BIM) sistemi oldukça verimli bir araç olarak uygulanmaktadır. Uluslararası projelerde iş yapan Türk firmalar projelerinde YBM tecrübesi kazanmış olsalar da bu tecrübeye sahip firma oranı düşüktür. Son yıllarda yerli sözleşmelerde YBM yer almaya başlamıştır. Sözleşmeler ile oluşan YBM talebi, firmaların YBM tecrübelerini artırmaya başlamıştır, ancak, YBM sisteminin uygulanmasında bazı problemler ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, örnek bir proje üzerinde, YBM uygulama planının Türkiye şartlarına uygun olabilecek süreçleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmış ve süreçlerin detay seviyeleri, koordinasyon şekli, alt yapı için gerekli öncüller ve model planlamaları oluşturulmuştur.
Manufacturing companies need to do the project management and planning very well in order to stay standing. It is inevitable that any disadvantage resulting from the lack of interdisciplinary communication and coordination in this management process will have a negative impact on the companies, government institutions and therefore the national economy. Techniques that facilitate interdisciplinary coordination should be used to overcome these problems. In this context, the Building Information Modeling (YBM) system, which is being used in our country, is applied as a very efficient tool. Though Turkish companies that work in international projects have gained experience in YBM projects, the company’s ratio with this experience is low. In recent years, YBM has begun to be included in domestic contracts. The YBM demand formed by contracts has begun to increase the YBM experience of companies, but some problems may arise in the implementation of the YBM system. In this study, on an example project, the processes that the YBM implementation plan may be in accordance with the requirements of Turkey were tried to be revealed and the detail levels of the processes, the coordination form, the necessary pioneers for the substrate and model plans were created.

Even though Turkish companies that work in international projects have gained BIMBIM experience in their projects, the rate of companies with this experience is low. In recent years, BIMBIM has started to take place in domestic contracts. BIMBIM requests formed by contracts have started to increase the BIM experience of companies,have accelerated the transition of companies to BIM, but problems sometimes arise in the implementation of the BIMBIM system. In this study, on a sample project, it was tried to reveal the processes of BIMBIM implementation that may be suitable to conditions in Turkey and detail levels of the process, the type of coordination, necessary premises and model planning for infrastructure were created.
