MYO'lardaki 3+1 İşbaşı Eğitimlerinin Girişimcilik Eğilimine Etkisi: PAÜ Örneği

Abstract:

Meslek Yüksekokulları ülkelerin ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılamada etkin bir rol oynayan, mesleki eğitime ağırlık veren dinamik yapıları ile ön plana çıkan okullardır. Bu okullarda öğrenim gören öğrenciler kısa sürede iş hayatına atılarak öğrencilik yıllarında elde etmiş oldukları donanımları iş hayatına aktarmak ve daha kolay iş bulabilmek, daha erken ekonomik bağımsızlığa kavuşabilmek gibi bir takım önemli etkenler ile iş hayatına atılmaktadırlar. Meslek Yüksekokullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin okul ile sanayi arasında ilişki kurabilmeleri ve piyasanın talepleri doğrultusunda nitelikli ara eleman ihtiyacının karşılanması, bu okullarda öğrenim gören öğrencilere işyerlerinde uzun dönemli pratik yaptırılabilmesi ile mümkün olabilmektedir. Ülkemizde bazı üniversitelerde faaliyete geçen 3+1 işbaşı eğitimi modeli ile öğrenciler 3 dönem ders 1 dönem staj uygulaması ile öğrencilik yıllarında iş hayatını daha yakından tanıma imkânı bulabilmektedirler. 3+1 işbaşı eğitimi modeli ile meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin girişimcilik alanında da bir takım kazanımlar elde ettikleri düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada 3+1 işbaşı eğitimini tamamlayan öğrenciler ile 3+1 işbaşı eğitimine katılmayan öğrenciler arasında girişimcilik kazanımları karşılaştırılacaktır. Böylece işbaşı eğitimlerinin bugüne kadar incelenen işgücü piyasasının ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikleri kazandırma performansının yanında bu çalışma ile öğrencilerin kendi işlerini kurma performansı üzerine etkisi de belirlenmiş olacaktır.

Professional High Schools are the highest-ranking schools with their dynamic structures that emphasize professional education, which play an effective role in meeting the needs of the interim elements of the countries. Students studying in these schools are soon thrown into the business life and are thrown into the business life with a number of important factors, such as transferring the equipment they have acquired in the school years and being able to find a job easier, getting economic independence earlier. Students studying at the Professional High Schools are able to establish relationships between the school and the industry and to meet the need for qualified intermediaries in accordance with the demand of the market, the students studying at these schools can be able to make a long-term practice in their workplaces. With the 3+1 employee education model that is operating in some universities in our country, students can find the possibility of learning closer about their business life in the students' years with the 3 semester lessons 1 semester stage application. The 3+1 employee education model is believed to have achieved a number of achievements in the entrepreneurial field of professional high school students. This study will compare entrepreneurship achievements between students who complete the 3+1 employee training and students who do not participate in the 3+1 employee training. Thus, in addition to the performance of employee training to acquire the qualities the labour market needs to be studied so far, this study will also determine the impact on the performance of students to establish their own business.

Vocational schools are schools which plays important role to answer need of the countries on semi-qualified worker, which come into prominence with their dynamic structure that put emphasis on vocational education. Students who study in these schools are given the opportunity to enter the business life in a short period of time by transferring the equipment they have obtained in their student years to the business life and finding a job more easily, and to have an earlier economic independence. Establishing a relationship between school and industry and meet the demands of the market on qualified pre-qualified workers are possible to have long-term practice in the workplace of students in these schools. With the system 3+1 internship practice which was held in some university in our country, students find work life recognition opportunity in their student life. It is thought that students are gathering some learning outcome on entrepreneurship. In this study the students which attended 3+1 internship practice and the students which didn’t attend on it will be compare. Thus the effect of trainings on training’s supply performance of the labor market requirement and students' performance in setting up their own business will be identified.
