Humanity has accumulated many civilized experiences, as it is the product of the world and the property of everyone, as it arose by succession and cross-fertilization of ideas, as Imam Nursi says. The Islamic civilizational experience had a clear contribution to the progress and urbanization reached by mankind in its long history, as they are signs of human positive action. It is no wonder that the Holy Qur'an has remained the basic reference in all positive actions that were originally intended to express the reality of Islamic behavior, individually and collectively, locally, regionally and globally. The Holy Qur’an has long spoken - through stories - about the reality of civilizations, the reasons for their progress and the factors of their collapse, to be a lesson and a beacon that guides the guidance of the Muslim man. This topic was dealt with by a group of Muslim thinkers, ancient and modern, led by the resurrected Imam Said Nursi, may God have mercy on him, from whom we inherited a huge wealth that draws from the light of the Qur’an and its gift: Risalat al-Nur , in which he was exposed to an infinite number of Quranic reflections and looks, from which we choose His view of the reality of "the jurisprudence of urbanization" through his insightful and conscious reflections on the verses of the Noble Qur'an, which I tried to collect and address under this title.
