Eğitim hedeflerine ulaşılmasında okul yöneticilerinin kritik görevleri vardır. Sınav süreçleri, baskı düzeyinin yüksek olması nedeniyle okul yöneticilerinin liderlik becerilerine duyulan ihtiyacın daha yoğun olduğu dönemlerdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı LGS sürecinin okul yöneticileri üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada Tokat ili Erbaa ilçesindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan 3 kadın, 7 erkek okul yöneticisi ile mülakat görüşmeleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada ulaşılan sonuçlara göre LGS süreci okul yöneticilerinde stres ve başarı baskısı meydana getirmektedir. Okul yöneticilerinin LGS sürecinde rehberlik, motivasyon, koordinasyon, destek ve bilgilendirme rolleriyle ön plana çıktığı çalışmanın sonuçları arasındadır. Çalışmada ayrıca okul yöneticilerinin liderlik, iletişim becerileri gibi özellikleriyle başarı sağladıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. 10 okul yöneticisinin verdiği yanıtlarla bu sonuçlara ulaşılması çalışmanın sınırlılıklarını meydana getirmektedir.
School managers have critical tasks in achieving their educational goals. Examination processes are periods in which the need for the leadership skills of the school managers is more intense due to the high pressure level. The aim of this study is to explore the impact of the LGS process on school managers. In the study, 3 women who worked in high schools in Tokat or Erbaa district, 7 men's school managers interviewed. According to the results of the study, the LGS process causes stress and success pressure in school managers. School managers are among the outcomes of the study in the LGS process with their leadership, motivation, coordination, support and information roles. The study also concluded that school managers have achieved success with their characteristics such as leadership, communication skills. With the responses given by the school managers, the achievement of these results constitutes the limitations of the study.
