Amaç – Bu çalışmada, çalışanların dijital teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarının ve iç girişimcilik özelliklerinin bireysel iş performanslarına etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Yöntem – Araştırma, 2019 yılının Temmuz-Aralık ayları arasında, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile, İstanbul ilinde, endüstriyel mutfak ekipmanları sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmalarda çalışan 450 kişi üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 programında ölçek geçerlik ve güvenirlik ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma yöntemi olarak basit ve çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, çalışanların dijital teknolojiye yönelik tutumları bireysel iş performansını, görev performansını, bağlamsal performansı, iç girişimciliği, yenilik ve örgütsel yenilenmeyi ve proaktifliği pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Kurumda teknoloji kullanımı, teknolojiye yönelik tutum ve benim için teknoloji, yetkinlik ve eğlence amaçlı kullanım boyutları bireysel performansı pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Kurumda teknoloji kullanımı, teknolojiye yönelik tutum ve benim için teknoloji ve bilinçli kullanım boyutları pozitif, olumsuz yönler ve eğlence amaçlı kullanım negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Kurumda teknoloji kullanımı, teknolojiye yönelik ilgi ve benim için teknoloji, yetkinlik, bilinçli kullanım görev performansını pozitif yönde, eğlence amaçlı kullanım ise negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Yetkinlik, sosyal ağlar iç girişimciliği pozitif, eğlence amaçlı kullanım negatif yönde etkilemektedir. Kurumda teknoloji kullanımı, teknolojiye yönelik ilgi ve benim için teknoloji, sosyal ağlar pozitif yönde, eğlence amaçlı kullanım negatif yönde yenilik ve örgütsel yenilenmeyi etkilemektedir. Tartışma – Bu çalışmada, çalışanların dijital teknolojiye yönelik tutumunun iş performansını, bağlamsal performans alt boyutunda etkilediği belirlenmiş ve tüm diğer alt boyutlar da analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada dijitalleşme ve girişimciliğin günümüzde gittikçe artan önemi ve gelecekteki yeri hakkında yorum ve önerilere de yer verilmekte ve çalışmanın hem literatüre hem de sektörel alana katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
Purpose - This study aims to study the impact of employees’ attitudes towards digital technology and internal entrepreneurial characteristics on individual business performance. Method - The research, between July and December of 2019, has been implemented by more than 450 people working in companies operating in the industrial kitchen equipment sector in Istanbul, with the easy sampling method. The data obtained from the survey was subject to scale validity and reliability and verifying factor analysis in the SPSS 22 program. A simple and multiple regression analysis was conducted as a method of research. Results - According to the research results, employees' attitudes towards digital technology have a positive impact on individual work performance, task performance, contextual performance, internal entrepreneurship, innovation and organizational renewal and proactivity. The use of technology in the institution, the attitude towards technology and the dimensions of use for technology, competence and entertainment for me have a positive impact on individual performance. The use of technology in the institution, the attitude towards technology and for me the technological and conscious use dimensions have a negative impact on the positive, negative aspects and the use for entertainment. The use of technology in the institution, the interest in technology and for me, technology, competence, conscious use affects the performance of the task in a positive direction and the use for entertainment in a negative direction. Competence, social networks have a positive impact on internal entrepreneurship, the use for entertainment is in a negative direction. The use of technology in the institution, the interest in technology and for me technology, social networks in the positive direction, the use for entertainment in the negative direction influences innovation and organizational renewal. Discussions - In this study, it is determined that employees' attitude towards digital technology affects work performance, contextual performance in the low-dimensions, and all other subdimensions are interpreted by analyzing. The study also includes comments and suggestions about the increasing importance of digitization and entrepreneurship today and its future location, and it is believed that the study will contribute to both literature and industry.
