Objective: In this study, it was aimed to determine the risk levels of drug administration, domestic regulation, exercise habits and quality of life and falling levels of communitydwelling young seniors living in Trabzon province. Materials and Method: After obtaining the necessary permissions for the study, 35 elderly people were included into the study who were between 65-74 years, matched the research criteria and registered to two determineted family healthcare centers. In the collection of data, Household Characteristics Evaluation Form for Fall, DENN Fall Risk Assessment Scale, SF-36 Quality of Life Scale and socio-demographic data form, research form for Drug Use and Data Collection Form for Falling were used. In the evaluation of data SPSS 21.0 package program was used. In the analysis of data; frequency, mean and percentage values were used. Findings: The mean age of elderly people who were included in the study was 69.57 ± 3.50 years. 91.4% of the elderly graduated from secondary education or lower, and 54.3% are unmarried. All of the elderly included in the study had chronic disease and used medicines. The proportion of the elderly who used one or two drugs per day was 51.4%. In the last year, 51.4% of the elderly never fell, while 22.9% once, 25.7% twice and more. Also, 31.5% of elderly had low falling risk, while 31.4% had moderate risk and %37.1 had high risk of falling. The bathroom and toilet (3.34 ± 1.58) had a high risk of falling in the house where the elderly live in considering the environmental characteristics of the house in terms of falling. According to the subscales of SF-36 quality of life scale, social functioning (45.71 ± 4.66), physical functioning (50.42 ± 5.13), energy / liveliness / vitality (52.00 ± 2.63), general health perception (52.71 ± 2.83) and mental health ± 2.39) sub-dimension were high. Conclusion: It was determined that approximately half of elderly in the study falled and their falling risk were high. Also; it was determined that physical role scores were low and mental health scores were high when analyzed the quality of life of elders.
