Abstract:

Subject of black propaganda and new Turkey have been mentioned inside the first section of the article, vision of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk on this topic was set forth. In the second section institutionalization is mentioned mainly and place of culture and work of arts in this fact is addressed. Again in this part where relevant institutions contributed to the country for counter propaganda, examples in order to support statements have been presented. As for the third section, while the period of İsmet İnönü has been researched thoroughly, relation established with Germany which had propaganda turn into a discipline before Second World War and outcomes of this relation have been mentioned and written out. In the conclusion, attempts which were involved in the framework of counter propaganda have been quoted in order to reveal in which way they provided benefit to the country in total.
