Abstract:

The child is a beast that feels the need to develop and move from the moment of birth. Childhood is the fastest period of development and the most sensitive to the environment. The adequacy of this environment is an important parameter for the purpose of giving the child any kind of need for cognitive development. At this point, the discipline of architecture is on the rise. Creating an environment that will be through healthy childhood and fun learning is another factor in the development of the child in the growth stage. The sporting areas that are involved in the development are also important. Starting from the need to give the consciousness of doing sports in childhood; the importance of the place to do sports is also important in the development of this consciousness. In this context, children’s sports centers can be shown where the sports spaces that contribute to the development of the child are gathered together. In the framework of the study, the work of literature on the subject was done in general to the specifics of the effect of the sport on the development of the child; the organization of appropriate physical conditions, under the name of the children's sports structures, the anthropometric structures, the determination of the user age group, gender, defined physical training programs, space organization, ergonomic factors were discussed in six titles.
