Bu araştırmada müzik öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme sürecine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma modelinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında Manisa ilinde görev yapmakta olan 30 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında çalışma grubunun demografik bilgilerini belirlemek üzere “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan, müzik öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme sürecine yönelik görüşlerini belirlemeyi hedefleyen “Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Görüşme sorularından elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda müzik öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerini tercih ederken bireysel farklılıkları ve ders içeriğini ölçme uygunluğuna devinişsel becerileri ölçme ve dönüt alma uygunluğuna dikkat ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Bununla beraber fiziki şartlar açısından uygulanabilirliğine, kolay kullanılabilirliğine, öğrenci düzeyini ölçme ve uygunluğuna, ayrıca zaman açısından kullanışlı olmasına dikkat ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Müzik öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları ise aile desteğinin olmaması, bireysel değerlendirmelerin zaman alması, ders saatinin yetersizliği, araç-gereç yetersizliği, hazırbulunuşluk eksikliği, kalabalık sınıf ortamı, uygun ölçme aracı hazırlamada zorlanmaları olarak bildirdikleri belirlenmiştir. Kaynaştırma öğrencisi olan müzik öğretmenleri ölçme ve değerlendirme sürecinde araç gereç yetersizliğini, hazırbulunuşluk eksikliğini, öğrenci ilgisizliğini, zaman sorununu ve öğretmen yetersizliğini kalıcı göçmen öğrencisi olan öğretmenler ise dil-iletişim sorununu ve özgüven eksikliğini önemli sorun olarak belirtmişlerdir. Müzik öğretmenlerinin, alternatif ve geleneksel ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinden birçoğunu kullandıkları kullanmadıkları ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerini kullanmamalarına ilişkin olarak dersin uygulamalı olması, fiziki ortama uygun olmaması, içeriğe ve öğrenciye uygun olmaması, öğretmene uygun olmaması ve zamanın yetersiz olması gibi nedenler sundukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This study aims to identify the views of music teachers on the process of measurement and evaluation. The work is conducted in a research model. The research work group consists of 30 music teachers who are working in the province of Manisa in the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year. In the collection of research data, the "Personal Information Form" was used to determine the demographic information of the working group and the "Semi-Structured Interview Form" was prepared by researchers, aimed at determining the views of music teachers on the measurement and evaluation process. In the analysis of the data obtained from the interview questions, the visual analysis method was applied. The result of the application was determined that music teachers prefer measurement and evaluation methods while pay attention to the suitability of measuring individual differences and the course content; the suitability of measuring and reversing the variable skills. However, it has been determined that it is applicable in terms of physical conditions, easy to use, measure and suit the level of the student, and it is also useful in terms of time. The problems that music teachers experience in the process of measurement and evaluation are: lack of family support, the time of individual evaluations, the lack of class hours, the lack of equipment, the lack of preparation, the crowded class environment, the difficulties in preparing the appropriate measurement tool. The music teachers who are a coaching student in the process of measurement and evaluation have pointed out the lack of vehicle equipment, the lack of preparation, the lack of student interest, the problem of time and the lack of teacher; the teachers who are a permanent immigrant student have pointed out the problem of language communication and the lack of self-confidence as a major problem. The result was that music teachers used many of the alternative and traditional methods of measurement and evaluation; that they did not use the methods of measurement and evaluation; that the course was practical; that it was not fit for the physical environment; that it was not fit for the content and the student; that it was not fit for the teacher; and that the time was not enough.
