Introduction and Purpose: Intravitreal, bevasizumab, aflibersept and ranibizumab are ready for use in the injection system to evaluate changes in the eye pressure (GIB) detected in the early period after injection. Method and Requirements: 39 eye patients with age-related macular degeneration (YBMD), diabetic macular obesity (DMO) and retinal venooclution (RVO) diagnosis and antivegf treatment were included in the study. The GIB values were measured by Tono-pen (AVIA, Reichert, USA) just before the injection, a minute after the injection, 30 minutes and 60 minutes after the injection. The average age of patients was 66.08±10.18. YBMD diagnosed 19, DMÖ diagnosed 16 and RVO diagnosed 4 patients were included in the study. In 25.6 percent of cases (n=10) aflibersept, in 35.9 percent (n=14) bevasizumab and in 38 percent. In 5 (n=15) ranibizumab has been administered intravitreal treatment with a prepared injector system. The average GIB measurement for patients before the injection was 17.36±3.99, 19.94±2.83 and 17.33±4.04 mmHg for aflibersept, bevasizumab and ranibizumab respectively. The change in the 60th-minute GIB measurements compared to the previous injection was not meaningful, while the increase in the 1st and 30th-minute GIB measurements was statistically meaningful (p<0.01). According to the applied antivegf agent, the 1.d and 30.d GIB measurements do not show statistically significant differences (p>0.05). The 60-min GIB measurements of those who used bevasizumab were higher than those who used ranibizumab. INTRAVITRAL: Antivegf agents applied intravenously can lead to sudden and temporary GIB increases in the early period. Especially in glucoma patients, glucose applications can deepen glucoma damage to patients. With single-use ready injection systems, the volume of the drug to be used can be given more controlled. Thus, if we consider in practice that the sudden GIB height formed during the injection can be limited by preventing the incorrect use of excess volume, our study has not found any difference.
