Bu çalışmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin psikolojik dayanıklılıklarının araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya 276 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni katılmıştır. Katılımcıların 164 kişisi erkek, 112 kişisi kadındır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Yetişkinler için Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. İkili grupların karşılaştırılmasında t testi, üçten fazla grup karşılaştırmasında ANOVA, farklılık olduğu durumlarda farklılığın yönünü belirlemek için Tukey karşılaştırma testi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda gelecek algısı alt boyutunda 27 yaş ve üzeri olanlar diğer yaş gruplarından daha yüksek puana sahiptir. Çalışma yılı değişkenine göre aile uyumu ve sosyal yeterlik alt boyutlarında 10 yıl ve üzeri çalışanlar daha yüksek puana sahiptir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışma yılı ve yaşın psikolojik dayanıklılığa olumlu etkisi olduğu ifade edilebilir.
This study investigates the psychological resilience of physical education and sports teachers. 276 physical education and sports teachers participated in the study. Of the participants, 164 were men, and 112 were women. Adult Resilience Scale was used as a data collection tool in the study. T-test was used to compare paired groups, ANOVA was used for comparing more than three groups, and Tukey comparison test was used to determine the direction of the difference in cases where there was a difference. As a result of the analysis, those aged 27 and over in the perception of the future sub-dimension have higher scores than other age groups. According to the working year variable, those working for ten years or more have higher scores in the family harmony and social competence sub-dimensions. According to the findings, it can be stated that the working year and age have a positive effect on psychological resilience.
