Bu çalışmada amaç, sağlık hizmetlerine erişimin seçmen davranışı üzerine etkisini ortaya koyabilecek bir ölçüm aracının literatüre kazandırılmasıdır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 18 yaş üstü olup gönüllü katılım sağlayan 295 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin geliştirme sürecinde problem tanımlanma, madde havuzu oluşturma, uzman görüşü, formun şekillendirilmesi, pilot uygulama ve ölçeğe son şeklini verme, aşamaları takip edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. Son olarak ölçek alt boyutunun CR ve AVE değerleri de hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan açıklayıcı faktör analizi ile ölçeğin 3 farklı boyuta ayrıldığı, boyutların açıklanan varyans oranının %67,280 olduğu görülmüştür. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile ölçeğin yapısı teyit edilmiştir. Model uyum indeks değerleri ile ölçeğin uyum içerisinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. CR (.83/.94), AVE(.53/.65) ve Cronbach alpha (.847/.915) değerlerinin üç boyutta da kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Bireylerin sağlık hizmetlerine erişiminin seçmen davranışı üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesine yönelik tutum ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu görülmüştür.
The primary objective of this study is to introduce to the literature a measurement tool capable of illustrating the influence of access to health services on voter behavior. The sample of the investigation comprises 295 individuals aged 18 and above who have voluntarily participated. In the process of scale development, various stages were followed, including problem definition, item pool creation, expert opinion, form shaping, a pilot application, and finalizing the scale. For data analysis, both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted. Additionally, CR and AVE values for the sub-dimension of the scale were determined. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that the scale can be divided into three distinct dimensions, explaining a variance rate of 67.280%. The structure of the scale was confirmed through the confirmatory factor analysis. The model fit index values indicated the scale's congruence. It has been determined that the CR (.83/.94), AVE (.53/.65), and Cronbach alpha (.847/.915) values are acceptable across all three dimensions. The attitude scale, aimed at determining the impact of individuals' access to health services on voter behavior, has been validated and proven reliable.
