Abstract:

Çalışmada, imalat sanayinde faaliyet gösteren 11 işletmenin, Altı sigma proje uygulamalarının anket yoluyla incelenmesi ve bu uygulamaların stratejik hedeflerle ilişkisi analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler neticesinde işletmelerin altı sigma proje uygulamaları öncesi ve sonrası arasında bir karşılaştırma yapılarak ekonomik ve teknik olarak işletmelerin kazanımları belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda;etkili stratejik hedeflerin; Müşteri tatmini ve Gelir elde etmek olduğu, üst yönetimin desteğinin vazgeçilmez olduğu, maliyetlerde azalma, kalite ve verimlilikte artış olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
