16. asrın Halvetî şair ve yazarlarından Şâh Velî Ayıntâbî’nin seyr ü sülûk hikâyesini ve vasiyetini konu edinen er-Rıhletü’s-seniyye adlı bir eseri bulunmaktadır. er-Rıhletü’s-seniyye, müellifin altmış üç yaşında iken yazdığı, manevi olgunlaşmasında emekleri bulunan ailesi ve tarikat büyükleri ile olan münasebetlerini anlattığı bir eserdir. Çalışmamızda müellifin aile ve dergâh çevresindeki önemli şahıslara dair verdiği bilgilerden hareketle aslında kendi manevi serencamını anlattığı eserin otobiyografik özelliğinin öne çıkarılması hedeflenmiştir. Makalede, öncelikle asil bir aile geçmişi olan Şâh Velî ve eserleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiş; biyografik kaynaklarda müellife dair yer alan bilgilerin kritiği yapılmıştır. Makalenin birinci bölümünde er-Rıhletü’s-seniyye genel itibarıyla tanıtılmış ve eserin muhtevası özet olarak verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise eserin otobiyografik olarak incelemesi yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde müellifin seyr ü sülûk hikâyesi bağlamında anlattığı yedi kişi ayrı başlıklar hâlinde incelenmiştir. Müellifin tesirinde kaldığı yedi kişi dedesi, babası, annesi, kardeşi, hocası ve birbiri ardınca irşad görevine gelen iki mürşididir. Müellifin eserinde verdiği bilgiler ışığında irşad makamına kadar yükselmesinde kendisine destek olmuş bu kişilerin kimlikleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Birinci ağızdan verilen bilgiler yanında tarihî ve biyografik kaynaklarda yer alan bilgilere başvurulmak suretiyle de müellifin tesirinde kaldığı söz konusu kişilere dair parçalı bilgiler bir araya getirilmiştir. er-Rıhletü’s-seniyye’nin son kısmında mürşit olacak kimsenin vasıfları ve kendisinden sonra yerine geçecek kimsenin seçimini ihtiva eden vasiyet yer almaktadır.

In the article, first and foremost, a noble family history of the Shah Veli and his works were given information; the biographical sources were criticized by the information contained about the Melife. In the first part of the article, the er-Rıhletü's-seniyya was presented in general and the work was summarized as a summary. In the second part, the work was autobiographically examined. In this chapter, the seven people who were told in the context of the story of the Sullivan were examined in separate titles. The seven men who remained in the assembly are their grandparents, their father, their mother, their brother, their teacher, and the two men who come to the duty of the righteous. In the light of the knowledge given by the authority, the identity of those who supported him was attempted to be revealed. The information provided from the first mouth was collected in addition to the information contained in historical and biographical sources as well as the information on the person concerned that the authority was in possession. The last part of the er-Rıhletü's-seniyye contains the qualities of the one who will be martyr and the testament containing the choice of the one who will be replaced after him.
Shah Velî ‘Ayintâbî, a 16th century poet and writer, is the author of al-Rihlat al-Saniyya, the story of his sayr al-sulûk. al-Rihlat al-Saniyya, written by the author when he was 63 years old, portrays his family members who had an influence on his spiritual maturation, and his relations with the seniors of his Sufi order. Our study aims to underline the autobiographical character of the work based on the information given by the author about his family members and significant people at the dervish convent (dergâh). First of all, the biography of Shah Veli with a noble lineage and a list of his works are provided. Information about the author in the biographical sources is critically evaluated. In the first part of the article, al-Rihlat al-Saniyya is introduced in general and a content analysis of the work is presented. In the second part, an autobiographical examination of the work is made. In this section, seven people, told by the author in the context of his sayr al-sulûk story, are examined under different sections. These seven people who left a deep impression on the author are his grandfather, his father, his mother, his brother, his teacher, and two sheikhs who undertook the irshad work successively. In the light of the information given by the author, the identities of the people who supported him to reach the position of irshad are revealed. In addition to the firsthand data given by the author, fragmented information about these seven people who influenced him has been brought together with reference to historical and biographical sources. The last part of the al-Rihlat al-Saniyya includes his testament which details the qualifications of the person who will become a murshîd, and explains the appointment procedure of the person who is set to replace him.
