Purpose: This study was aimed at evaluating the results of productive stone therapy performed with 4.5 French (F) semirigite ureterorenoscope (URS) in children under the age of 12. Tools and Methods: 72 patients (36 girls, 36 men) who were treated with 4.5 F semirijit URS with the cause of the stone producing between January 2014 and December 2018 were recurring. The demographic characteristics of the patients, gender, age, place and size of the stone, duration of the operation, stone rate, stent condition, duration of stay in the hospital and possible complications were recorded. The average age of patients was 7.8±3.2 years (1−12). The average duration of the operation was 49.7 minutes, the average duration of the hospital stay was 1.8 days (1-4 days). Due to the failure to obtain full stone in 8 patients, the double J stent (DJ) catheter was installed and the second session of the URS was performed in 64 patients (88.9%) full stone was obtained. The study found that the major complications were not observed, while the minor complications rate was 16.6%. The result: Prepubertal is a safe and effective method of using 4.5 F semirijite URS with holmium laser for the treatment of the productive stone in children.
