Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how ethical management practices mandated by ethical principles and offered by health institutions affect the motivation in this hectic working age in sudden disaster processes, as well as to highlight the distinction between crisis management protectors and roles played by customers and to analyze how this process's results affect work motivation The study used a non-experimental screening design. It enables determining the current status of the group from the individuals in the selected group and obtaining information about their views, beliefs, and attitudes. The simple random sampling method was used. This study determined the positive effect of ethical management on employee motivation in the health sector. It clarifies the disaster management obligations of the managers of health institutions, and offers suggestions about providing quality health services to society in accordance with the corporate culture of health workers, and unity of purpose in employees, at the beginning of the organizational and managerial factors affecting the motivation of health workers.
