Abstract:

Purpose: Replacement is defined as the completion of channel treatment of the lost periodontal support of the teeth, consciously pulled, re-placed into the shooting socket. This means that the patient’s function and esthetics are re-established. This case report provides a 10-month clinical and radiological report of the implantation of the maxillary central cutting tooth. Fact: A 41-year-old woman who is not systematically healthy smoking has been applied to our clinic with a complaint of mobility in the central dentist and dentist bleeding in the area concerned. The patient’s clinical and radiological examination resulted in severe periodontal destruction in the tooth, deep periodontal pathological pockets and accompanying Miller Class III mobility. During Phase 1 periodontal treatment, which includes detergent, root surface flating and oral hygiene training, the related tooth root channel treatment has been completed. The reimplantation process began with the traumatic drawing of the tooth, the tooth was extraorally removed from the semen on the root surface and the root surface was placed. Then the tooth was left in the 5dc tetrasiclin HCI (100mg/ml) solution. After washing in the sterile saline solus, it was placed in the drawing socket, temporarily splinted with the neighboring teeth. After two weeks of temporary splint process, a permanent fiber-backed splint was made. Results: At the end of 10 months of follow-up, the inflammation was solved in the area concerned, the pockets were removed and the bone gain was radiologically clear. During this period, any complications have not developed and the patient is pleased with the treatment. The result: Periodontal desperate tooth replant is considered a remarkable treatment approach due to its short-term completion, its economics, its esthetics can be provided and also prevents bone resorption, and its positive impact on future implant surgery by providing bone gain.
