The study was conducted in January-March 2019 months. The study used wooden steel of the Rosa dumalis L. genotype (MR-46) which was previously obtained by selection in the province of Tokat. The wooden steels taken in the middle of January, control, IBA (2000 ppm), contained in Pseudomonas fluorescens, Paenibacillus polymyx, Bacillus megaterium and Pantoea agglomerans bacteria and after being treated with IBA+ bacteria, were planted in rooted environments consisting of torf, perlit and torf+perlit mixture (1:1). Stainless steel kept in the root environment for two months is dissolved by determining the root rate, the root rate, the root number, the root length and the root total dry material rates. The study found that the highest rate of kallus formation was 70%. The highest root rate is derived from steel treated with bacteria in the perlit environment with 8 and the highest root rate is derived from wooden steel treated with IBA in the torf + perlit environment with 57.70. The highest number of roots is 7.33 pieces/steel from steel treated with IBA in the torf environment; the highest root length is 8.33 cm from steel treated with IBA in the torf+perlit environment and the highest root dry material ratio (40.40%) from steel treated with IBA in the perlit environment. The difference between the average and the average of the environment on the root formation rates was found significant.
