The danger industrialization brings has begun to be transferred from developed countries to developing countries as a result of globalization. While industrial accidents and occupational diseases have been increasing in developing countries, the employees in developed countries have come face to face with new risks because of negative working conditions in the service industry. The deficiency of social protection before and after the accident or disease in developing countries is much higher than it is in the developed countries. Ensuring the protection of the right of safety at work of employees depends on the fact that both the state and the parties of the work relationship watch the protection systems related to occupational health and safety. When the accident data between the years 2005-2011 is analyzed, it is seen that 136 occupational accidents occurred and 11 workers died at the electricity transmission systems within this period, and a significant percentage of them are the major accidents in terms of their results. Not only death rate per accident but also very high indirect costs of these accidents suggest a special study of electrical accidents
