Bu çalışmanın amacı, BİST Banka Endeksinde entegre raporlama ilkelerine uygun raporlama yapan işletmeler ile entegre raporlamaya uygun raporlama yapmayan işletmelerin finansal performansının incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla, BİST Banka Endeksinde Temmuz 2019 itibariyle işlem görmekte olan 10 mevduat bankasının 2017 ve 2018 yıllarına ait finansal verileri kullanılarak 20 adet finansal oran hesaplanmıştır. Bu finansal oranlar TOPSİS yöntemi ile analize tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, örneklemde 2017 yılında entegre rapor hazırlamış olan Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş.’nin beşinci sırada, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.’nin yedinci sırada yer aldığı 2018 yılında ise entegre rapor hazırlayan Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.’nin ilk sırada, Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş.’nin ikinci sırada, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O.’nın üçüncü sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür. BİST oynaklığı ve makro ekonomik etkilerin kısıt olarak alındığı bu çalışmanın sonucunda, entegre raporlamanın zaman içinde finansal performansı etkilediği söylenebilir.
The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of enterprises that report in accordance with the principles of integrated reporting in the BIST Bank Index and enterprises that do not report in accordance with integrated reporting. For this purpose, 20 financial rates have been calculated using the financial data of the 10 deposit banks that are trading from July 2019 in the BIST Bank Index for 2017 and 2018. These financial rates have been analyzed by the TOPSIS method. As a result of the analysis, the Turkish Garanti Bank A.Ş. has prepared an integrated report in 2017 in the sample.The fifth place is the Bank of Construction and Credit.It is the seventh place; in 2018, the Building and Credit Bank A.Ş. preparing an integrated report.First of all, the Bank of Turkey is guaranteed. In the second place, the Turkish Foundation Bank T.A.O.He has seen him in the third place. As a result of this study, where the BIST play and macroeconomic effects are considered limited, it can be said that integrated reporting affects the financial performance over time.
