Tozaltı Kaynak Yöntemi ile Farklı Kaynak Parametreleri Kullanılarak Birleştirilen API X70M PSL2 Malzemelerin Kaynak Bölgesinin İncelenmesi

Petrol ve doğal gaz taşımacılığında kullanılan borular, API (American Petroleum Institute) standartları doğrultusunda yüksek mukavemetli, tok ve yüksek kaynaklanabilirlik kabiliyetine sahip çeliklerden ü retilmektedir. Toz altı kaynağında kullanılan kaynak parametreleri, kaynaklı birleşiminin kalitesinde önemli bir rol üstlenir. Bu çalışmada,  Erciyas Çelik Boru Fabrikası’nda spiral toz altı ark kaynak yöntemiyle (HSAW) üretilen API X70M PSL2 kalite çelik borunun kaynak ısı girdisi- mekanik özellik ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Birleştirmelerin dayanımlarını belirlemek amacıyla çekme, sertlik, darbe (V çentik) testi, makroyapı ve dijital radyoskopik muayene çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Farklı kaynak parametreleri ile kaynatılan numuneler üzerinde yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, çekme testlerinde tüm numunelerde kopma ana malzeme üzerinden gerçekleşmiş ve kaynaklı birleştirmelerin dayanımları ana malzemeden daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Deneysel çalışma sonucu elde edilen sertlik testleri sonucunda ısı girdisinin artmasıyla kaynak ve ITAB bölgesinin sertlik değerleri düşmüştür. Darbe testi sonuçları ise kaynak ısı girdisi artışıyla kaynak ve ITAB bölgelerinin toktuk değerlerinin arttığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The pipes used in the transport of oil and natural gas are derived from steel with high strength, loose and high weldability capacity according to the API (American Petroleum Institute) standards. The source parameters used in the subpower source play an important role in the quality of the source combination. In this study, the API X70M PSL2 quality steel pipe, produced by the spiral powder subhole welding method (HSAW) in the Erciyas Steel Pipe Factory, has studied the source heat input-mechanical characteristics relationship. For the purpose of determining the resistance of the compounds, draw, hardness, blow (V-cranking) tests, macroap and digital radioscopic examination studies have been carried out. As a result of the examinations on samples cooked with different source parameters, the breakdown in all samples in drawing tests occurred through the main material and the resistance of the source combinations was higher than the main material. As a result of the hardness tests obtained by experimental studies, the heat input increased and the hardness values of the source and ITAB region decreased. The result of the blow test was found that the source heat input increased with the source and the ITAB areas increased the token values.
