Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship status according to various factors by determining the opinions about organizational commitment of the teachers in pre-school education institutions in Balıkesir. The research population consists of 64 teachers and 24 managers from official pre-school education institutions in 2020 – 2021 academic year in Karesi/Balıkesir. The sample group consists of 104 teachers. In this research, “Organizational Commitment Scale” developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993), and adopted to Turkish by Dağlı, Elçiçek and Han (2018) has been used to measure organizational commitment perception. In the process of analyzing and evaluating the data, SPSS 21.0 packet program has been used. The percentage distributions, frequency and arithmetic average data of scale points have been calculated. While the relevance of differences between average points is tested, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) has been made. As a result of this research, the organizational commitment levels of the teachers participating in that research are mid-range. In terms of sub-dimensions, emotional commitments of teachers have been found high. In terms of organizational commitments of teachers, there aren’t any significant differences according to genders, professional seniority and mission.
