So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In Islamic law there are four types of punishment; hadd, quesas, diyya and ta’azir. Criminal sentences are executed equally without any discrimination between men and women. However, there are some divergences in the opinions of Islamic sects on some subjects such as execution of quesas, quesama, the amount of diyya, certain hadd penalties and qadiship. Being a witness is also one of the subjects that causes discrimination between men and women in the same way
