Özet Devletin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda fertlerin yeteneklerine göre istihdam edilmeleri sürekli devam etmiş, değişik alanlarda ihtiyaç görülen iş veya yerlerde bu yetenekler kullanılmıştır. İslam’ın ortaya çıktığı ve yayılmaya başladığı dönemde de tarım, sanatkârlık, savaş ve diğer alanlarda istihdam söz konusudur. Bu alanlarda istihdam edilebilmesi için bireylerin genellikle sağlıklı olması gerekliydi. Nitekim bazı eski toplumlarda sadece ihtiyaç duyulan sağlıklı bireyler toplumda kendilerine yer edebilmiş, engelli bireyler ise dışlanmış veya buna ortam oluşturarak kendilerini dışlamak için müsaade edilmiştir. Her bir toplumda belirli bir oranda engelli bireylerin olması bir gerçekliktir. Hz. Peygamber’in, bu gerçekliği dikkate alarak engelli bireylerin toplumdan daha fazla dışlanmamasına, dolayısıyla hem yetenek ve becerilerinden faydalanmak hem de onları psikolojik olarak zor durumda bırakmamak için birtakım uygulamalar yaptığını söylemek mümkündür. In accordance with the needs of the State, the capacity of the staff has continued to be employed according to the capacity of the staff, and these capacities have been used in the work or places needed in different areas. During the period in which Islam emerged and began to spread, it is also the subject of employment in agriculture, art, war and other fields. Individuals often needed to be healthy to be employed in these fields. In fact, in some ancient societies, only the healthy individuals needed could place themselves in the society, while the disabled individuals were excluded or allowed to exclude themselves by creating the environment. It is a reality that in every society there is a certain percentage of disabled individuals. by Hz. It is possible to say that the Prophet, taking into account this reality, has done a number of practices to ensure that disabled individuals are not more excluded from society, and therefore to take advantage of both their abilities and skills and not to leave them in a psychically difficult situation. Abstract In line with the needs of the state, recruitment of individuals according to their skills has continued. These skills are used in jobs or places that are needed in different areas. There is employment in agriculture, craftsmanship, war and other areas in the period when Islam emerged and started to spread. In order to be employed in these areas, individuals generally needed to be healthy. As a matter of fact, in some old societies, only the healthy individuals needed were able to place themselves in the society and the disabled individuals were excluded or allowed to exclude themselves by creating an environment. It is a reality that there is a certain proportion of people with disabilities in each community. It is possible to say that The Prophet Muhammad made some practices in order not to exclude people with disabilities from the society by taking this reality into account, thus making use of their abilities and skills and not to leave them in a psychologically difficult situation.
