Abstract:

One of the organization's most critical competitive strategies is the concept of sustainable “Supply Chain Management”. A vital part of sustainable supply chain management is sustainable supplier selection, a multi-criteria decision-making issue involving many conflicting criteria. In this study, carried out in this direction, the supplier selection problem, which arises in the "Supply Chain Management" process of a small and medium-sized enterprise operating in the furniture production sector in Düzce, is investigated using Neutrosophic clusters, which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods. The criteria obtained in the light of the literature review were weighted by the Neutrophic AHP method, and it was determined that the most critical five criteria were "Defect-Free Product Quantity", "Product Quality", "Work Safety", "Efficiency of Resources" and "Delivery Times". Then, considering the criteria weights, a selection was made among the suppliers determined by the enterprise with the Neutrosophic TOPSIS method. As a result of this selection, it was found that the “A1” supplier was the best alternative.
