Abstract:

Prof. Dr. Adnan Koşum was born in Manisa/Alaşehir in 1966. He completed his secondary education in Aljayer; his bachelor, master and doctoral education at the University of Marmara. Currently, Suleyman Demirel University is a member of the Faculty of Theology in the Department of Basic Islamic Sciences in the Department of Islamic Law. If the book is not a fetva and the mercy to the animals is even a bit of mercy to humans is taken with the purpose of vaccination. In the work first, the Western world, the Republic of Turkey and today's animal rights are studied and brief information is given. The main objective of the rights of animals and the scope of them is to be addressed by the movement. The Islamic Law Department of Animal Rights is also divided into many subtitles and contains detailed information. First of all, the Qur’an is called the animals in the Nazareth of Kerim. In the Prophet’s private life, the animals” and finally the “animal rights in the Islamic law” are discussed.

Prof. Dr. Adnan Koşum 1966 yılında Manisa/Alaşehir'de doğdu. Orta eğitimini Alaşehir'de; Lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimini ise Marmara Üniversitesi’nde tamamladı. Halen Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Temel İslam Bilimleri Bölümü İslam Hukuku Anabilim dalında öğretim üyesidir. Eser fetva kitabı olmayıp hayvanlara karşı merhameti bir nebze dahi olsa insanlara aşılama gayesiyle kaleme alınmıştır. Eserde öncelikle batı dünyası, cumhuriyet dönemi Türkiye’si ve günümüzdeki hayvan haklarının mahiyeti incelenmiş ve kısa bilgiler verilmiştir. Ana hedef olan hayvan haklarının mahiyeti ve kapsamı naslardan hareketle ele alınmıştır. Kitapta yer alan İslam Hukuku Hayvan Hakları bölümü de kendi içinde birçok alt başlıklara ayrılmış olup ayrıntılı bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İlk olarak “Kur’ân’ı Kerîm Nazarında Hayvanlar”, “Hz. Peygamber’in Özel Hayatında Hayvanlar” ve son olarak da “İslam Hukukunda Hayvan Hakları” konuları anlatılmıştır.
