Malign pleural fusion causes a person’s quality of life to decline and is the most important cause of anxiety in this group of patients. Today, it is not only aimed at eliminating diseases, it is also aimed at improving people’s quality of life. This study was planned to determine the effects of the plyrodease process on the quality of life of patients diagnosed with malignant pleural fusion. Method and Requirements: In our clinic, the 24 phenomena applied plyrode process was included in the study in advance. The patient was subjected to the talk plörodez procedure through tube toracostomy. The SF-36 standard of quality of life was applied to the patients during their hospitalization and on the 11th day of their expulsion. The data received was statistically examined. 70 percent of patients. 8 (n = 17) were female. The average age was 54.29±13.84 years. 50% (n=12) of the incidents were breast, 29.2% (n=7) lungs and the rest (n=5,20.8) over carcinomas were plörodes due to pleural metastases. As a result of the comparison of the answers of the events to the SF-36 quality of life scale results, plyrodez has not only provided statistically meaningful results on their mental health (p=0.20) and has provided meaningful and positive results on all the remaining parameters (p<0.05). The main cause of mental health disorder is that the patient is a advanced stage cancer patient. We believe that the process of plörodes is not effective on mental health disruptions because it does not change the stage of cancer. But having meaningful contributions to all the other parameters is an indicator of how important the process is. Our study has also given clues that young patients can benefit more from plyrodez. Depending on the primary disease, we consider that the condition of the patient is not affected by the quality of life that plyrodezin will provide. As a result, we believe that in all patients with malignant pleural fusion, if possible, plyrodease process is necessary.
