Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Endüstri 4.0olarak adlandırılan dijital dönüşüm sürecinin işgücü piyasasındaki etkilerini tespit etmektir. İlgili güncel literatür, piyasa aktörlerinin istihdam kararlarının belirleyicilerini açıklamaktadır. Özellikle işgücü piyasasında iş-eğitim uyumunun sağlanması ve etkinlik konusundaki kaygılar, ulusal düzeyde daha fazla araştırma yapılmasını gerektirmektedir. Her ne kadar Türkiye ekonomisi, teknolojik gelişme sürecine dair öngörüler geliştirmek için başarılı bir örnek olmasa da, işgücü piyasası koşullarını yönetebilmek için araştırma ve analizlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmada, Endüstri 4.0 döneminde karar almada işgücü piyasası profesyonellerinin istihdam kararını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Endüstri 4.0'a dair tespitlerden hareketle Türkiye işgücü piyasasındaki etkilere yönelik politika önerileri sunulmaktadır.
The main objective of this study is to identify the effects of the digital transformation process called Industry 4.0 on the labour market. The relevant current literature explains the determiners of the employment decisions of market players. In particular, the achievement of the work-training coherence and concerns about the performance in the labour market require more research at national level. Although the Turkish economy is not a successful example of developing forecasts on the technological development process, research and analysis are needed to manage the conditions of the labour market. Therefore, the study aimed at determining the factors affecting the employment decision of labour market professionals in the decision-making of Industry 4.0 period. As a result, industry 4. Following the findings of 0 there are policy suggestions for the impact on the Turkish labour market.
