in work, 6. The objective of the 7th and 8th grade students is to reveal the metaphors they have regarding the concepts of the "Systems in Our Body" unit of the science course. The course of science of high school students has been used in the study for the purpose of revealing the metaforic perceptions of the concepts of the "systems in our body" unit of the course of science (fenomonology). The work group consists of 450 students studying in 6th, 7th and 8th classes and providing voluntary participation. The metaphoric perceptions of students about the concepts of the unit "Systems in our body" were collected using the conversation form developed within the framework of the study. The metaphors obtained in the study were analyzed through content analysis. After the evaluation of the metaphors related to the concept, a list of metaphors was made and the number of students (f) and the percentage (%) that represented each metaphor were calculated. In this study to reveal the metaphors that high school students have regarding the concepts of the unit 'Systems in our body' students have developed a total of 266 different metaphors for the concepts of the brain, the skeleton, the joints, the blood, the veins, and the lungs, showing the differences in their views on these concepts. As a result, the 6th classes produced less metaphors towards concepts than the 7th and 8th classes. The 8th class has produced a lot of metaphors. The metaphors that students create are mostly comparisons in shape and appearance.
